Based on Platts + ICIS regional benchmarks plus Buyer’s Alpha (%), depending on destination (China / India / SEA) with defined pricing window around Bill of Lading.

📝 Procedure

Interested buyers are requested to submit LOI including target Alpha (%) and preferred discharge port to proceed with FCO issuance.
