  • Quantity: 20,000–22,000 MT ±10% (Seller’s Option)
  • Other quantities may be considered based on available inventory.

Trade Terms

  • Delivery Term: FOB
  • Target Market: Worldwide
  • Loading Period: Prompt shipment (Buyer to confirm earliest loading/lifting date)
  • Price Formula: Saudi Aramco CP (Loading Month) ± Alpha

Payment Terms

  • 20% TT within PI validity period
  • 80% five working days before vessel arrival

Quality & Vessel Requirements

  • Product quality according to Seller’s guaranteed specifications.
  • Vessel must be ready for loading.
  • Seller does not provide cooling services.
  • Q88 and Form C must be submitted together with the buyer’s offer.

Additional Conditions

  • Buyer must specify destination and discharge port.
  • Offer validity should be at least one week.
  • SWIFT payment confirmation with MT-100 is required after payment.
  • Seller reserves the right to accept or reject received offers.
  • Transactions are subject to Seller’s GTC and ASBATANKVOY terms.
